Call Me Jane looks to be one of the best bets on the card and should get the day off to a solid note. She finished runner-up on debut over this distance at Hollywoodbets Durbanville, now, up the straight at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth, she should be too tough to oppose.
Race 5 (14:25) – La Pulga
The value bet of the day comes halfway through the program in the form of La Pulga. He gets stable jockey Aldo Domeyer on board for the Candice Bass-Robinson yard, which raises an eyebrow considering JP van der Merwe is riding the favourite for the same trainer. Perhaps some late money is expected so get on early for the best price!
Race 8 (16:15) – Elizabedi Gold
Elizabedi Gold was an impressive winner on debut, quickening up in the closing stages to fend off his challengers. He should come on nicely from that run and will relish the extra furlong. He takes on a more competitive field but should have the quality to trounce his rivals.
