Horse racing fans will have to wait a little longer for the action at Hollywoodbets Greyville.
Friday night’s meeting has been postponed after the course received 106mm of rainfall in the past 24 hours, with more rain expected. For the safety of the horses and everyone involved, the meeting will now take place on Sunday, 20 September, on the Polytrack. Race times will be confirmed.
The postponement also gives punters more time to study the card, with several horses already attracting attention from racing tipsters.
Bangkok Magic, Silver Salute and Mohave Prince were among Winning Form’s highlighted selections for the original Friday meeting.
Meanwhile, Scottsville has received 60mm of rain, with a decision on Sunday’s meeting still to come.
